N/S Texans RB Arian Foster To Have Heart Surgery

not to minimize the procedure foster is going though, but I feel "heart surgery" is quite an overstatement for a cardiac ablation.

I absolutely love cardiology and hope to be one someday, but the risks for what I feel is "heart surgery" i.e. CABG, valve replacement/repair, transplant which usually requires sternotomies, is very different than a procedure done percutaneously.

(I only say this because of the reaction I had when I saw the thread title, then realized it was ablation...heart surgery--->likely not playing ever again, ablation--->likely coming back to full function in 2-4 weeks, if not sooner) regardless good luck to him.
