MERS: New SARS-like virus spreading and killing

Named after what?

(My wife has norovirus right now. Apparently there's a big outbreak this year. I'm praying I don't get it - it's very contagious).

yes ...called the Sydney strain....which replaced the New Orleans Strain from 2009.

GII.4 noroviruses remain the predominant cause of norovirus outbreaks, and the GII.4 Sydney strain appears to have replaced the previously predominant strain, GII.4 New Orleans.
