Latest on Bushrod

I don't know that I agree with this.

The Brees negotiations were long ongoing and that was held up by Condon, not Loomis.

Carl Nicks was asking for more than we were going to pay and Loomis had made what Nicks himself called a "fair offer." And we had Grubbs signed 20 seconds after Nicks signed in Tampa.

Colston was signed surprisingly fast last year and for less than we all thought he was going to get.

As it pertains to Bushrod, he is what many consider the 7th best free agent tackle on the market right now and there are still two days left until his agent can talk to any other teams. I don't think Loomis has dropped the ball, especially if you consider the Vilma/Smith/Harper talks that are ongoing to see what is what with our cap future. Letting Bushrod see what the market holds could be a good thing and if he walks, there are at least 6 other guys who are as good, if not better than him, who we will be offering what Loomis already has projected for Bushrod.

Who are the 6?
