I respecfully disagree. Just look at the second play of the video. On that one normally we end giving away a big gain. Lewis is locked to the receiver and makes the tackle.

I saw him also glued to Anquan Boldin on a short route, jumping on time to avoid the completion.

And more important, I saw him playing quiet well the long ball, being in perfect position to cover Jacoby Jones.

Every corner will get completions, I am glad he looks to avoid the long gain on him. Thanks for the video!

Exactly. Everytime he had a catch against him, the receiver did not get any YAC.

The PI penalty looked like good coverage to me. I cut it out of the video but Tomlin was pretty hot about it.

Keep in mind, that's how many times he was thrown at the entire game. And it's all from one game. It's not cherry picked clips from all of his good plays throughout an entire season.
