N/S Kaep soph slump

before you come trudging in here to say kaep isn't a sophomore, i know he literally isn't, but practically he is.

The slump has more to do with going from being a nobody to a superstar over night. I live in Nashville and do sound for concerts big and small (there is a correlation, stay with me) and I have seen what meteoric rises and/or giant sums of money does to people. be it creativity or athleticism, prior to fame and fortune these people had an obsession and passion that had always kept them focused, but now there are soooo many distractions.
this is why i didn't think Newton was going to have too bad of a slump, he had a good transition...

I bet everyone surrounding Kaep (and even the tv) is telling him nothing but how amazing next season is going to be... by now he must be thinking he farts rainbows. All it will take is one bad game and some criticism for it to get in his head in a bad way.

also, every single defensive coordinator has spent the last 6 months scheming on the read option.

my 2 cents...

and if I am wrong i will come back to this thread and eat crow.
