New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis missed the team's minicamp workout on Tuesday and is recovering after spending a night in a local hospital. Lewis was hospitalized after he complained of stomach pains, a source familiar with Lewis' situation said.
The source said Lewis' condition wasn't serious but doctors wanted to keep Lewis for observations.
Lewis has been released from the hospital and could be back at practice on Wednesday, the source said.
