I have to face it, Bleu Dad is not getting any younger and has nearly everything that he ever wanted, so what could I get him for Father's Day?
Don't say hookers and blow. Or tacoes.
In the past several years I have sent flowers, edible arrangements, a hand written letter, cookies, and some other really thoughtful things. This year nothing is rocketing to mind. I thought about making a donation to Michael J. Fox's foundation in Bleu Dad's name (Bleu Dad has Parkinson's). I'll certainly be spending the day with him and we'll have a remembrance of sorts because Bleu Mom passed away on Father's Day many years ago.
