Well, TB was 8-3 ATS in week 2 and they covered. Thats a good trend even though the team is garbage. They very well could win it. How? I dont know. I see nothing promising form that team this yr at all. But they're not going 0-16 this yr. I think they go 8-8. I know much of the public seems to be riding them this game. And its possible they win it. Its a toss up but I think +3.5 wins ATS this game.
