Thanks to the beauty of sitcom television re-runs. I will forever get to view him as a 40-something, beer-drinking, football-lovin midwestern good-ol-boy patriarch of that dysfunctional family who always seemed to have epic drama hit around Thanksgiving.
In a slightly-related note.....I'm amazed at how Johnny Galecki (sp?) really doesn't look very much different on Big Bang Theory than he did 20 years ago on Roseanne.
