Movie Cheating

i don't have as much of an issue now with my wife
but my ex- and i were mostly long distance so thiss came up ALL of the time
we had to ask permission to see a movie w/out the other - and if we broke the rule then the other got to pick the next 3 movies
but then again we exes so...?
