Three friends and I are flying from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><ST1:pBaton Rouge</ST1:p for the game. We are staying 4 nights and have never been to <ST1:pSeattle. </ST1:pCould anyone give us some suggestions on what to do, where to stay, and what bars and restaurants are good? Also, should we rent a car or rely on taxies and public transportation?

If your going to stay downtown, you probably won't need a car. All the restaurants, pikes market, the sapce needle and the rock and roll museaum (which you should not miss) and the strip clubs as all either withing walking, bus or taxi distance. I believe the boening plant also give soem type of tour as well.

SeaTac airport is about 15 or 20 miles south of seattle. If your going to stay in a lower cost hotel outside of down town, then yeh, i'd say rent the car.

i'm staying 1 mile from the staidum myself, but that room is going to cost me $225 for the night. if your looking for something more of a budget, i recomend the Hampton Inn or the Guesthouse, usually around $100 a night and very nice buisness traveling hotels.

oh, and bring a coat, you can never tell what the weather will be like up here and it will be cooler then what you expect it to be.
