Actually, Jackson has some pretty good restaurants given the size of the city and the average income levels.
Not that I won't be welcoming Drago's with open arms and be seen dining there frequently. Whether or not they can maintain the same standards in a city that has been stripped of quality employees by Nissan and it's partners is a different stories. If they can maintain the quality, freshness and price it will do very well.
The location, with some added curb appeal can't be much better.
