Everyone has been wondering when the New Orleans Saints are going to come back to earth.
Now seems like a good time, doesn’t it?
They’re coming off their bye.
They have a difficult stretch of games at hand with four of the next five against Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Atlanta.
All the emotion of their Week 3 return to the Superdome likely has dissipated.
Guess again.
Anyone who thinks the Saints, who have the second-best record in the NFC at 5-1, are not for real has a real short memory.
