Who should start on Friday: McCown or Griffin?

I'd really like Griffin to be the #2 this season with Kilgore on the PS. We have too many talented players on the 90 to have 2 guys share a clipboard. Since we don't want Griffin to get poached, that means McCown has to go. Even though I like the guy, his ceiling was reached long ago.

Exactly what I'm thinking.

I like the way Griffin can forget a bad play and come back and make the very next play a good one. He seems football smart, and seems to have decent feet in the pocket. His arm is accurate, release is quick, range is adequate.
