Also think we may end up with 26 on defense (24 on Offense) because they are usually better ST players. That would give you your 7th DL.

I hear what you are saying, but I don't want an OLB going against a 300lb lineman when the offense only needs a yd. I'd rather have a bigger guy that can hold up. Personally if we are going to have more DB's I'd rather it be corners because generally they cover better than safeties.
