Just out of curiosity, to those who played or coached

Played in UK for Leicester Panther (was national champion in 91), Newmarket Hornets and Cambridge County Cats. Then came to US as an Ecxchange stue and played 1 year of HS football for Westside Warriors in Omaha, NE.

Went to a small naia school called William Jewell, despite some offers from bigger schools. lettered 4 years, started 3 at OLB/DE was all conference fro senior year.

Was invited to to out for then NFLE europe for the London Monarchs. as well as invite to small school combines and all star games.

made it to the final cuts for th monarchs, was rated 8th out of the final 50. they sign 7 'national; players. playedn semi pro for a bit before a broken leg sorta did my fb days in

Thing is, back then i was a classic tweener- 6' 4", 250 ish. not quite big enough for a 4-3 DE., not fast enough in space to play a real OLB. and back then the monarchs were running a 4-3. I would have been a classic 3-4 old thats all the rage now. think trent murphy/ chase thomas/ Ryan Kerrigan
