The Raiders' lease is expiring and the Rams and Chargers are already playing on a year-to-year lease.

I would not be surprised to see all 3 teams leave.. the Rams and the Chargers bolt for LA and the Raiders take off to San Antonio to force Oakland's hand.

I see the Raiders as L.A., Oakland, or nothing. There's too much culture surrounding the Raiders for them to belong anywhere else.

As for San Antonio, NFL football has no place in San Antonio. Period. Two teams are enough for Texas. Don't listen to me, though. I suppose I still harbor some ill feelings about 2005. :rant:
