Here's hoping those smiles are still there, thanks to some long-awaited, welcome news during the post-season.
When I say post-season, I'm not talking about any NFL playoffs. That's a job for Sean Payton's football team.
I'm talking about post-season as it applies to the Saints and the state coming to a long-term agreement on the future of the franchise.
