Today's kicker tryouts: Forbath and Bullock

Don't understand why a kicker, especially a rookie, doesn't get the same benefit of doubt any other player would get. Other rookies, especially on defense, have cost us points, extended opponents drives with stupid penalties, etc., and the excuse is he's a rookie, let him grow and develop. I think this should apply for our rookie kicker also. He has shown he has a strong leg with his kickoffs and long FGs. If he goes on to show he can't handle under pressure, THEN being in others, but not because he missed one FG by six inches.
