But sometimes it does, case of Brandon Browner, Cameron Wake, Delvin Breaux, etc.

Not every single player who brakes it in the CFL will make it south. But some will, and we have benefited for that.

I still think that Carter with the right coaching can make it, but if not, I hope he returns to Montreal where he was building a solid career.
