I turned in my final box to COX last month. I waited in a line of people doing the same thing. The Customer Service Rep actually asked me "How are you going to watch TV now?" as she put the box on top of other turned in boxes. I simply said over the air antenna and streaming and signed my slip that I turned in the equipment and left. Clearly the cable companies still don't get it.
