For example in game 1 against Tampa when BOTH safties bit on play action TWICE. When Tampa was max protect and Galloway WAS THE ONLY RECIEVER IN. Before Harper was injured, he made the defensive secondary calls and did a pretty good job of it. I think his abilities, even as a rookie, helped cover up the deficencies that Bullocks has shown. Stoutmire was not able to pickup that slack and often found himself out position. I think with Bellamy we'll get some of that back and I'm hoping that his presence along with his experience will lead to better play by Bullocks. There was a sharp increase in the number of deep passes completed against our secondary after Harper went down with his injury. I don't think that was a coincidence.
