The bottom line with Ingram is that he is not a special back. He is a tough, durable, slashing runner but without a real feel for the running lanes and lacks the vision to break away from the designed play. When he fumbled, it is an easy choice to bench him as long as Hightower and Lasco are healthy.

The problem with Ingram is that he plays an easily replaceable position so much so that a player three years out the league can come in behind him and out up 100yrd performances, I think k for what I team is its what he's not that's holding this offense back and that's a player with the skeed to get around the edge and hit the hole up the middle...he's a plodder.
