2013 and probably 14 was probably the time you could point to the WRs as an overall weakness. In 13 Drew threw way, way more to the backs and TEs than he did the WRs. No coincidence we drafted Cooks the next offseason.
Even this year, I think there have been times where there were obvious growing pains with the WR's. I recall a game early in the season against the Giants I think where just nobody was getting open the whole game. Obviously they appear to have turned the corner (literally) since then.
