Cutting the cable, lets talk options and media setups
Sooo... I walk into the Cox office today to turn in my boxes. I was greeted by what looked like a Cox trained security guard. Looked like a security guard but seemed to know the procedures and processes of the office very well. The "badge" on his jacket said CS and as far as Icould read, it also said customer service. Could not get a close look.
So I signed in with the kiosk and waited about 30 minutes. Supposedly a bunch of people just walked in. Several were turning in their boxes.
The have this thing where the employee evidently has to shake your hand when they great you. It looks do forced snd uncomfortable. Then when they are done serving you, they walk some of the customers out all the way through the front door. They actually walk onto the sudewslk with you.
Kind of creepy and I could not figure out why just some customers. They did me and at least one other person that returned boxes but I did not notice if the others also returned boxes.
Sadly, the l at time I walked in that office was a few years ago and they were closing. The lady locked the door as I was about 10 feet away. She looked dead at me and turned the key.
