That I know of you shouldn't get one. I think this is just streaming and not actually downloading the movie.

Maybe somebody else can say if this is true or not but that is what i know.

Yeah, hitting the drive by streaming sites won't get you a ticket. Possession and dissemination however will. So stay away from downloading and torrenting without proper protection.
