Outside of San Antonio Which City Will Be Used as Leverage to Build A New Stadium?

I was just listening to 1090 out of SD and they have a Councilman on who says he is already talking to the NFL and supposedly a few NFL owners who may be interested in moving to SD. So who knows, but maybe SD will be a player down the road.

Maybe hot air, maybe not.

It still remains who would pay for a new stadium there.
