where do you buy the kodi box? and once i do that do i need the different accounts (hulu/netflix/prime). is kodi a one time buy or monthly fee?

Jay, you do not need Amazon Prime for the Fire TV. You will have to create an Amazon account but don't have to buy the Prime membership.
Yes, that is the antenna that I have. I just have it hanging in my living room window with a couple suction cups. I don't know if you can "split" it to other rooms.
You don't need a "Kodi" box. It can be side loaded on most any Andriod based (Fire TV) streaming device. To my understanding it is basically a file sharing system. No monthly fee.
