And we're about to be the second year into a new defense and overhauled the assistants on defense as well. I'll take their vision over fan complaints.

Not only that but a new scouting staff as well. I am really liking how they are going. They are also looking to needs 1 t-2 years in advance. 1 or 2 of these picks may not be instant needs this year but could be next year. A year of backing up and then fight for starting spot next year seems to me to be the best way to develop a future stud. Yes, anyone can find pros or cans to my theory, however their are exceptions to every theory, but I will stand by my belief that the best strategy is to develop a player for a year at minimum before making the the full time starter.
