N/S (w/VIDEO): Usain Bolt says NO WAY that Ross beats him in the 40

Ok, so IMO, Bolt is awful outta' the blocks.. he does his work from 60M up, when that length kicks in.. So that being said, I think Ross takes him easily in 40.. I mean really, it takes Bolt a few to get up to speed, and in 40 ?? naaaah, I'd give it to Ross hands down.. I mean shoot, I thought young Andre DeGrasse was going to take it vs. Bolt, but Bolts' 60-100 is phenomenal, especially in the last 20.. But for now, yeah, Ross all day in the 40... smh.. not even close!
