If Kirk Cousins chooses not to resign with the Redskins after the 2017 season, which one of these teams will try to sign him?

If we go 7-9 again I believe he will leave, and I wouldn't blame him in the least. He's too competitive. He's done his part. He'll go to Denver and be a contender.
