Cooks is a good receiver. he just isn't a true #1 worth the 22nd pick in the draft. He's not physical enough to beat press coverage off the line.
He's more of a slot receiver and that's probably his future. I hate playing the numbers game,but a true #1 is usually 6'2' 215+ who can fight
through press coverage and high point the ball in a tight window. Cooks is physically limited in that capacity.
