My wife (the native New Orleanian in our family) has long been a Haydel's loyalist, but this year after reading some highly laudatory article about Dong Phuong, she resolved to try it, and found someone who will ship us one. (We have lots of Vietnamese bakeries in SoCal but no king cakes that I know of.) Looking forward to enjoying it.
