The Browns have another shot at getting their franchise QB, they have the pick of the litter.
They have to go QB with that first pick. There will be stud RBs in the 2nd rd to tickle their fancy
I definitely see that side.. BUT marginally speaking Barkley vs Guice (#2 RB) is drastically more significant than the QB race IMO. If reports are true and the Browns are extremely drawn to both Allen and Mayfield, I think they'll reasonably expect one to be around at 4. It's a tough evaluation. On one hand you'd always say take the QB #1, but recently I can't remember a team having two top 4 picks to make this kind of call.
