Spoiler Thread: Avengers Infinity War

Saw it again tonight.

Wild, crazy, unhinged speculation time.

We're obviously getting some resurrections, and I think we'll get some permanent sacrifices to make it happen. Without getting too far into spoilers or real-world stuff, there are actors who are getting out, and actors who are going to carry the MCU forward. My speculation, based on my viewing tonight, is that Gamora is going to have a big part in what happens next. She's in the Soul stone - the soul for a soul - so she may have some influence over it. After Thanos' snap - but before the rapture - Thanos visited Gamora in what I assume to be the inside of the stone. It was all orangish-red.

I think the snap didn't kill half the universe. I think they may all be somewhere else because of Gamora's influence. They may be in a pocket dimension somewhere in the Quantum Realm. I think the people that died before the snap, with the possible exception of Vision, are probably gone for good. But everyone who bought the farm during the ending will be brought back. Ant Man will play a big part in it. Cap and Stark will make amends. Lots of people will die for real.

Or not. Either way, I loved it. The scale of the achievement that this movie was cannot be overstated.
