Taysom Hill Raw Footage (Video From OTAs)

Negatives: Low trajectory, not much experience under center

1) Intangible - he's a natural leader and has the fire/energy in his belly.

You can't underestimate that. The players would walk through fire to help Brees, and I think Hill has that vibe. He scored a TD in a pre season game, and the team mobbed him.

Haven't heard him speak a lot, but they say he's smart. Smart makes you able to recognize your own deficiencies. Smart will take care of the low throws, lack of fluidity, and pocket skills. He will do what he must to fix those problems, he just needs good teachers. I remember Bob Griese, who wasn't real talented but very smart. He did pretty well. Hill reminds me of Steve Young with the wheels, the strong arm, and the smarts.
