Yesterday on his weekly spot on Moving the Chains with Pat Kirwan and Jim Miller (SiriusXM), Dr. David Chao spoke about Anzalone's shoulder. He basically said that he didn't know the specifics, but Alex has had three dislocations on the same shoulder. They could be tears in different directions, but if they were all the same direction, it can be tough to avoid future dislocations.

But he said there are new techniques to graft tissue in - so it's possible that he could get past it for good.

Thanks for the info. Moving the Chains/NFL radio is a big reason I keep Sirius radio.

Now it's pessimistic speculation on my part, but in the article when Anzalone doesn't speak about the specifics of his injury it makes me nervous.

Hopefully modern medicine will help him. To be a rookie starter speaks volumes. And how can you not cheer for a guy named Thor?
