I wasn't insinuating racism - not exactly. Since you mention it though, I do wonder why they assume that the Cosby actor isn't "one of them" and therefore ripe for the taking down - unlike Scott Baio.

I can only imagine what conservative TV and radio hosts would say if somebody ran a piece on Scott Baio's parttime job. Probably something about how the horrible MSM is attacking him just because he's a Trump supporter.

Yes, this. Thank you. To put a point on it, if this had been a washed-up former actor who is white, I sincerely doubt Fox would've run with it, unless said white actor was an outspoken liberal. They know what their audience wants to see.
