If it doesn't have to be a big number of different roles ... Harrison Ford has certainly got the iconicity down. Han Solo in four blockbusters, and Rick Deckard in Blade Runner. Not sure that his roles in Cowboys and Aliens and Ender's Game move the needle that much.
