I've fist fought 4 guys now and all 4 have been to the death. The first was that big guy fighting the preacher, the "witness" yells about how you beat the guy to death. The second was some gold prospector. I got close to him and he just runs up and starts wailing away at me, beat him to death. Another, I bumped a guy on accident as I was running through town. He starts swinging, beat him to death...etc etc. All except the first one, I even smacked them about a lot then tried to disengage but they kept coming at me.
