Millennials Killing Mayonnaise

Buzd is 100% correct. Blue plate is the best, Duke's #2. Lots of mayo on every sandwich. I've recently given up shredded cheese and sour cream, but mayo, never. It accentuates burgers, egg sandwiches, BBQ brisket sandwiches, roast beef po-boys, and BLTs. A sandwich without mayo is like french fries without salt, totally bland.

Mustard is good too, but mayo is the condiment that life demands.
