Kirkwood and Ben Watson not spotted at today’s practice

Are Inactives allowed to be on the sidelines during games?

(Not dressed out, of course.)

(I was thinking, for instance, if Arnold could have been on the sidelines last week at least he'd get some feel for how Sunday's game will play out as far as atmosphere...)
