Half the teams in FBS have no chance to compete for a championship, even if they go undefeated. That's not better than the NFL. I still enjoy college football though.
The difference is that bad NFL franchises are the result of bad management. You can get out of that.
The Saints, Patriots, Colts, and Seahawks are great examples. Up until the 00s, they were the laughing stock. Now each can be considered a marquee franchise.
