The Science of Fasting

Have you considered breakfast to breakfast? I do that one a lot. I like it because I’m skipping the two biggest meals of the day and because I’m asleep during the 2nd half of the fast, when I may be most interested in eating. A high fiber, protein rich sandwich of 21 grain bread, a slice of cheddar cheese, and two fried eggs stays with me for a while and make the hunger period nice and short leading into supper time, when I won’t be eating but will still be sitting with the family at the table.
Yeah, the "when to when" is a big part of it. I was never a breakfast eater except on weekends, so when doing OMAD during the week, skipping breakfast and only eating at dinnertime works for me usually so I can go 16 to 18 hours easy and then just break my fast slowly. I've tried to eat breakfast and it just makes me hungrier throughout the day.
