ACV is said to have lots of benefits. Can lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity, can help lower cholesterol and triglycerides, relieve acid reflux. I usually drink 1 Tbls diluted in my first water of the day along with some lemon juice to mask the flavor. No more than 2 Tbls. a day and drink with a straw to protect tooth enamel.

Pickle juice for antioxidants, electrolytes, help with cramping, help with digestion. (no more than a shot is what I've been told. It's not like you're drinking 8 oz.). And I just was told this helps some people with cravings when trying to fast and having trouble so that's why I'm willing to try it. Although at 24 hours, it's not the cravings that do me in necessarily, I just MISS EATING at that point.

Pickle juice can help replenish your sodium levels, which are key when fasted or doing low carb. You'd be surprised how 1000mg of sodium will make you feel. I've used it as a pre-workout.
