Nope. He has to either plead guilty or choose to admit he would’ve been found guilty, 100 hrs of community service, has to be tested for STD’s etc. He has 2 choices, he won’t be able to avoid the options layed out for him. Time to choose one, prosecutors gave everyone the same deal bc it’s humiliating either way lol.

The problem is that it’s jist misdemeanor charges. There’s not even that much to sweep under the rug. Of course they’re gonna deal.

Barring a video tape inside the massage room I think Kraft will fight it. If found guilty the consequences arent much worse than taking the plea and if he beats it (heh) its way better than this deal.

the chick who owned the parlor is friends with the big guy, has been to Trumps Fl mansion multiple times and watched the Super Bowl there in February. Ironic? she will be a big target and maybe the big guy in the WH will tweet out intervention ???

Roger Goodell will be waiting at the Patriots facility , for his best buddy, with a blanket and some some cocoa to comfort him from his ordeal. Probably assure him that the Pats will go to another Super Bowl.

Meanwhile if Drew Brees gets a ticket for jaywalking, he will suspend him for half the season.
