Finally circling back around to losing again. Got off the bandwagon for a good while. Dropped about 4 #'s since Friday with just doing OMAD and supplementing with bone broth.
Started using cronometer to track my macro's and am disturbed by what I'm seeing on my micros. Guess it's time to take a better look at my nutrition and maybe take some vitamins. I've just read so much from vitamins are great to they make expensive urine.
Oh well, my pants are getting loose and I need to stop and get a smaller belt on the way home.
And ugh, keto breath is disturbing once you're not used to it again.
