if you have to have Saints and LSU with strictly legal options, then that really limits the options on the table. Something with local coverage of the Saints and ESPN for LSU. And the hard drive option - are you looking to download to watch offline or to record live streamed tv and watch later, like tivo? I'm not familiar with an easy system that will give you all of this with legal and ease of use compared to cable.
