Cutting the cable, lets talk options and media setups

Wondering if y'all can help as I do not have the patience to read through 56 pages of messages.....

I currently have AT&T Uverse and also subscribe to Netflix and Prime (not really for TV content). Two adults and two teens in the house. I watch primarily sports and some movies in the evenings (mostly in the winter). Currently have Showtime and HBO, but HBO was added for GoT earlier this year.

My daughter saves shows to the hard drive frequently, so I was hoping to keep that option. I need to watch Saints and LSU, so hoping to have the channels that carry them. Uverse is in negotiations with NFL Network now....haven't had it for several months. I'm an NFL fan, so that is something that I would like to have when the season starts. My wife watches primarily local news and broadcast channels.

I own a couple fire sticks, a ROKU, and my son has a PS4. My network is pretty good with no issues at this time.

Can y'all give me some solid options? I really need the local channels and sports stations that carry the Saints and LSU. I would pay $5-10 a month for HBO if the service I go with carries it in that price range. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Roku with PlayStation Vue...it is all you need. PlayStation vue should have your local stations, mine does in Mississippi.
