Yes he is. Anthony Mackie was a lot of fun on the Civil War panel at Wizard World 2016 in New Orleans. He enjoyed showing off the city to his castmates.
Wouldn't be shocked if he pulled along one or two other MCU folks to come down to NOLA for at least one of the days. Like on the Sebastian Stan level or below.
